Welcome to Stratton Flats
Located in Gypsum, just 30 minutes from world class skiing in Vail and Beaver Creek, Stratton Flats is the perfect place to call home in the mountains. The Town offers wonderful amenities such as nearby schools and shopping, a Pete Dye Championship golf course, and much more. Stay in shape at the Gypsum Recreation Center, watch the kids enjoy the skate park, enjoy concerts at the outdoor amphitheater, and relax and beat the summer heat at the pool.
There are two separate Associations that are charged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the covenants of the community; the Master Association and the Townhome Association.
The Master Association is responsible for providing a variety of services to the community including trash pickup, non-potable irrigation, snow plowing of streets and sidewalks, street maintenance, common area maintenance, maintenance of the front yards of the single family homes, covenant enforcement, and design review.
The Townhome Association is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the townhomes units, as well as the common areas and front and back yards which surround the townhome units.
